Job summary

ZWSOFT in Malaysia and Singapore seeks an Account Executive to help accelerate regional growth. You will generate leads, manage corporate clients, and execute sales proposals across Southeast Asia.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or related industry. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial) or related field.
• 3 years of B2B sales experience in Manufacturing or related industry.
• Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: identify and develop new business opportunities across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Account Management: build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Sales Execution: prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations to achieve sales targets.
