Job summary

Johnson Controls in Malaysia is seeking a qualified Security Systems Service and Maintenance professional to execute preventive maintenance on access control, CCTV, and VMS, ensuring system integrity and adherence to contractual SLAs. You will lead troubleshooting, coordinate with OEMs, perform root-cause analysis, and support system upgrades, migrations, and testing.

A Bachelor's in electrical/electronics and 3–5 years of hands-on experience are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline.
Security certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in the Security Systems Service and Maintenance environment.
Strong experience supporting and maintaining Access Control, CCTV, and VMS.
Experience with enterprise-level security platforms such as LenelS2, CCURE, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Exacqvision, AMAG.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities per contract and manufacturer's recommendations.
Lead troubleshooting and fault rectification for security systems and perform RCA.
Provide technical support and administer Access Control and CCTV systems.
Assist in projects, upgrades, site surveys, testing, and commissioning.
Prepare and submit service reports and maintain asset information.
