Job summary

Johnson Controls Building Technologies and Solutions Malaysia seeks an experienced project supervisor to lead on-site execution of security, BMS and ELV projects. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure documentation, cost control, and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical engineering, at least 7 years in construction/building technologies, and familiarity with project management tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical engineering or equivalent
• PMP Certification is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera software

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, enabling speedy response and profitable projects.
• External communication with customers, consultants, general contractors, supervision, design institutes and other construction units.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project engineers and procurement to ensure company objectives are achieved.
• Prepare project documentation such as Project Plan, Technical Documents, Material Documents, submissions and drawings.
• Monitor project progress, report daily/weekly, and control costs to stay within budget and safety standards.
