Job summary

Convergint Asia Pacific is seeking a field-based service professional in Kuala Lumpur to provide comprehensive support for security systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. The role emphasizes strong client relations and adherence to company standards.

Prior experience with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems is advantageous. The candidate should hold a diploma in Electronics/Automation or a related field, with basic IT knowledge and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

Diploma in electronics, automation, or mechanical engineering is required.
Experience in security systems and access control helps.
Basic IT knowledge in hardware, networks and databases is needed.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to resolve security system issues promptly.
Provide comprehensive support and maintenance, incl. preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, expansions, and training.
Create system diagrams using AutoCAD.
Build strong client relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain renewal of the support & maintenance contract within the region.
