Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to contract requirements.
Inspect, test, and verify proper operation of security systems.
Conduct health checks on Access Control Systems, CCTV, Video Management Systems, Doors, Card Readers, Power Supplies, and related network switches.
Ensure PM reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Attend service calls and troubleshoot system faults.
Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues; rectify system failures within contract times.
Provide day-to-day technical support to the customer's security operations team.
Prepare and submit Service Reports and Preventive Maintenance Reports.
