Job summary

BONDIT E&C SDN. BHD. is seeking a security professional to protect a construction site in Pasir Gudang.

The role focuses on controlling and monitoring entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles, and safeguarding materials and equipment to maintain overall site security. You will perform regular patrols, log movements and incidents, and promptly report anomalies to site management. • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Previous security experience is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

Control and monitor entry and exit of workers, visitors and vehicles

Conduct regular patrols around the construction site and perimeter

Safeguard construction materials, tools, machinery and equipment against theft or loss

Record visitor details, vehicle movements and security incidents

Report suspicious activities, unauthorized access and emergencies to site management

Ensure site gates, storage areas and restricted zones are properly secured

Comply with company security procedures and site safety requirements

About you
