Job summary

BONDIT E & C Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to support on-site project planning and coordination. You will work under the Project Manager, supervise subcontractors, and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications, while timely submitting project documents.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in civil or mechanical engineering and has experience in oil & gas fields considered a plus. You will join a growing construction team focused on industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Oil & Gas field is an advantage.
• Strong project management and site coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in Project Planning and coordinate and oversee works on site.
• Attend meetings and discussions with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor and Subcontractors to coordinate the whole works.
• Submit all documents related to the projects in a timely manner.
• Work closely with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure construction activities follow the drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors and workers for site work progress till completion.
• Resolve any issues and problems arising on site.
