Job summary

BONDIT E & C SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee workforce planning, shift scheduling, union relations, and succession planning.

The role enforces strict Major Accident Prevention policies for hazardous materials, high pressures, and extreme temperatures, ensuring safety compliance across all activities. The position also serves as the On-Scene Commander during plant emergencies and supervises PTW systems, hot work, and confined-space entries, coordinating crisis

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in relevant field.
• Possess Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Specific technical certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, union relations and succession planning.
• Implement Major Accident Prevention policies for hazardous materials, high pressures, and extreme temperatures.
• Act as site authority for PTW systems, hot work, and confined-space entries.

Implement and enforce strict Major Accident Prevention policies to manage hazardous materials, high pressures, and extreme temperatures

Serve as the ultimate site authority governing active PTW systems, hot work management, and confined-space entries

Act as the On-Scene Commander or Crisis Management Leader during plant emergencies, leaks, or fires

Oversee the stable supply of critical plant utilities like steam, power generation, industrial gases, and wastewater treatment

Possess Degree in Engineering or equivalent
