Job summary

Woh Hup Group in Malaysia seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at assigned construction sites, coordinating the deployment and performance of Security Officers and ensuring strict access control for personnel, visitors, contractors and vehicles entering and exiting the site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a construction environment.
• Relevant certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV technology, alarm systems, and access control systems
• Basic knowledge of computer usage for reporting and documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk assessment methodologies

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations at assigned construction sites.

• Ensure compliance with company security policies, site rules, and client requirements.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors, and relevant authorities on security related matters.
• Maintain accurate security records, attendance logs, visitor registers, and daily occurrence reports.
• Adherence to safety in the workplace.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
