Job summary

Cosmo SCM Sdn Bhd is seeking a Seafreight Customer Service professional to support both import and export shipments in a dynamic freight forwarding environment. You will handle arrivals and bookings, liaise with overseas agents and local customers, prepare documentation, and assist with billing and costing while ensuring timely updates on shipment status.

Ideal candidates have a diploma in logistics or related field, good English, and willingness to travel as needed; join a well-established team

Qualifications

Knowledge in Forwarding Industry.
At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaborative with the overall business management skills.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field (forwarding, transportation and freight industry).
Able to converse in English
Willing to travel as and when needed

Responsibilities

Overseeing sea import and export shipments.
Dealing with co-loader for the arrival notice and prepare related documents.
Prepare arrival notice, data entry, correction manifest, e-DO, billing and costing.
Email communication with oversea agents and local customers for bookings and pre-alerts.
Book shipments with liner (FCL) and co-loader (LCL) and prepare booking confirmations and HBL.
Send pre-alerts, billing and costing, and update shipment delivery status.
