Job summary

Awards Forwarding Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service professional to be the main contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing timely updates on shipment status and freight movements.

You will coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, prepare shipping documents, and monitor import/export permits. Strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers and provide updates on shipment status and freight movements.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Submit import and export permit documents and monitor LKIM, MAQIS, MTIB.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
