Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an Senior Process Enablement Analyst to own end-to-end system requirement delivery for regional product areas across digital platforms. You will translate business processes into scalable system workflows, define product backlogs, and ensure alignment with governance and data dependencies.

You will collaborate with IT, Process Excellence Analysts, and vendors, drive risk management, and lead UAT and training preparations while supporting demos and rollouts in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or Agile/Product certification is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in product ownership, business process solutioning, or operational transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, inventory management, consignment, or workflow-driven processes.
• Experience translating business processes into scalable system workflows and rules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution behavior for regional business processes.
• Translate regional business processes into scalable system workflows and rules.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog considering value, country requirements, and feasibility.
• Partner with IT teams and vendors to reflect processes in system behavior.
• Lead UAT, validation, defect prioritization, and sign-off readiness.
