KEESAMAX SDN. BHD. seeks a commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to expand its presence across Southeast Asia.

The role focuses on hunting, developing and closing profitable opportunities, engaging enterprise end users, channel partners, consultants and influencers, and leading complex negotiations through to close. You will build market position in priority verticals such as government, critical infrastructure and financial services, coordinating with technical specialists

Qualifikationen

• 10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in security or technology.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads and close long-cycle deals.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers, partners and senior decision-makers in Asia.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting and pipeline management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional growth plans across Southeast Asia.
• Prospect, qualify, nurture and close new business with enterprise customers and partners.
• Build trusted relationships with end users, channel partners, consultants and influencers.
• Lead customer presentations, commercial negotiations and complex solution discussions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on tenders, RFIs and RFQs.
• Strengthen channel capability through regular engagement, training and support.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting and account planning.
