Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in order management, project management, purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in SAP (OTC, PTP and PltP modules) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong team player with good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Configure and maintain WBS and network activities in SAP per costing sheets.
• Manage end-to-end OTC process in SAP including quotes, orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Maintain billing plans and monitor project status to ensure timely invoicing.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders for required sales and delivery docs.
• Support purchase order creation against approved requisitions and liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate with logistics to prepare shipment documentation and pickup dates.
• Handle inbound/outbound booking in SAP to ensure smooth material flow.
• Organize documents in GPS and local filing for audit and governance.
