Job summary

Gutor is seeking an Order Processing Specialist based in Malaysia to manage order booking using electronic tools and perform daily invoicing and billing processes. The role requires expertise in Order Registration or Invoicing and collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Controlling, and Export departments to ensure timely processing.

The successful candidate will work with a team of engineers and technicians, supporting orders from initiation to payment

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years in a related position.
• Good knowledge of SAP, Excel, Word, Notes, Siebel, Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process order booking in a timely manner.
• Process and follow up to complete the Order Registration Process (ORP).
• Handle data of the Project Builder in SAP according to project overview and customer's PO.
• Issue customer PO acknowledgement.
• Process project Change Order and material uploads (BOM/ECO).
• Upload timesheets weekly and manage data in Siebel.
• Generate invoices (advance, partial, final) and liaise on bank guarantees.
• Monitor billing milestones and ensure LC is received before shipment.
• Collaborate with finance to resolve invoice/pricing issues.
• Maintain payment milestones with Project Managers and issue Debit/Credit notes.
