Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Malaysia is seeking an OTC-Order Fulfilment Specialist (Singapore & Malaysia) to manage end-to-end OTC processes across Singapore and Malaysia. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ensure accurate records and timely order fulfillment in SAP, while monitoring costs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• You obtained a Diploma in Logistics & Operations Management / Supply Chain or related discipline.
• You have distribution, trading or 3PL/4PL multinational experience.
• You know local and international logistics procedures and norms.
• Experience in medical diagnostics/healthcare is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle SAP systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, Project, Finance, Customer Service and Product Specialist teams to maintain accurate records.
• Manage customer assignments and order fulfillment activities including invoicing and backlog monitoring via SAP.
• Track SAR records and controlled drug reports with warehouse operations.
• Validate invoices and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Monitor order-related costs and handle non-conformance costs with escalation.
• Support stock take activities, inventory control and replenishment for customers and warehouses.
• Coordinate Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) including stock forecasting.
• Process Goods Receipts in SAP for distributors and customers.
• Administer Product Hold (PHCT) activities and system updates.
• Monitor and report FSCA notifications on products.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with freight forwarders and provide shipping docs.
• Manage import/export shipments for affiliates and third-party customers.
• Provide operational support for customer service and business operations.
• Assist internal stakeholders with product procurement and warehouse withdrawal needs.
• Handle ad-hoc ordering requests and prepare operational reports.
