Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient is hiring for an Order Management professional to handle end-to-end project sales, invoicing and billing in SAP. The role requires strong SAP experience (OTC, PTP, PltP) and solid MS Office skills in a multinational setting.

You will manage WBS activities, project costs and ensure accurate revenue recognition while coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders. English is essential, Cantonese/Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in order management, project management, purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP (OTC, PTP and PltP modules) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong team player, self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented and able to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain WBS and network activities in SAP per costing sheets for customer project sales order.
• Manage project cost and margin tracking and adjust with project stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end OTC process in SAP including quotations, sales orders, delivery notes and invoicing.
• Maintain billing plans and ensure timely invoicing for project-based work.
