Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to analyze and manage requirements for SAP-supported subscription, billing, and contract processes. You will facilitate workshops, create process flows and user stories, and collaborate with Product Owners, developers and SAP specialists to drive epics and backlog items.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SAP business analysis, strong SAP process knowledge (SD, MM, FI/CO) and proven experience with agile methodologies and SAP integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in SAP environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes across SD, MM and FI/CO
• Solid requirements analysis, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Practical experience with Scrum and/or Kanban
• Experience with SAP integrations and data migration projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specs
• Excellent stakeholder management and ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements for SAP-supported subscription, billing and contract processes
• Process Analysis
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and design SAP solutions aligned with business objectives
• Workshops & Documentation
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews and create process flows, business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Agile Product Delivery
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers and SAP specialists while managing epics, features, user stories and backlog items
• Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key contact for business stakeholders, facilitate business-technical communication and manage requirement changes
• Release Planning
  • Support prioritization, release planning, deployment activities and Agile ceremonies across Scrum and Kanban environments
• Testing & Quality
  • Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, validate delivered functionality and coordinate defect analysis and resolution
• Drive process standardization, automation and optimization while supporting SAP transformation and innovation initiatives

Requirements

• Business Analysis Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst working in SAP environments
• SAP Process Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and application landscapes, including SD, MM and FI/CO
• Requirements Engineering
  • Strong skills in requirements analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria and end-to-end process improvement
• Agile Methodologies
  • Practical experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban
• SAP Integration
  • Experience with SAP integrations and interconnected enterprise systems, including data migration and implementation projects
• Tools & Platforms
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements, backlog and delivery management
• Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field
• Communication & Ownership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with an ownership mindset and ability to work internationally
• SAP Solution Design
  • Experience supporting the design of SAP solutions and translating business requirements into clear, testable functional specifications
