Job summary

Siemens Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking SAP FI/CO specialists to support data migration and functional aspects of SAP projects. You will work with the Global Business Services team to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes SAP data migration, FI/CO knowledge, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in service operations/ service management across multiple processes or clusters.
• 4–6 years in SAP FI/CO with data migration and functional supports.
• 4–6 years in SAP implementation projects or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trouble shooting and provide first level support to GBS staff and customers.
• Manage and resolve application queries, investigate, follow up, and resolve issues.
• Review process performance and drive areas of improvement.
• Delegate requests to technical support and ensure timely resolution.
• Execute and assist data migration activities for companies adopting the new SAP platform.

• SAP Expertise: Possesses strong knowledge in SAP FI/CO Migration & Functional Supports along with SAP implementation projects.
• Efficient Execution: Consistently performs tasks with high efficiency and quality, adhering to all company and customer guidelines.

Your day-to-day work:

• Assist the team in trouble shooting and provide first level support to the GBS staff and to the customers
• Manage and resolve application related queries (including investigation, follow up, issue resolution for customers' queries)
• Review the performance of the processes in GBS and recommend and follow up on the areas of improvement.
• Delegate technical requests to relevant technical support personnel and ensure that issues are being resolved timely (support)
• Execute & Assist in the data migration activities for the companies which are adopting the new SAP platform
  

You excel in:

• Typically 4-6 years of experience within service operations/ service management area (in 2 or more business processes/ areas) or country/ cluster, sector/ cross sector or corporate unit.
• 4-6 years experience in SAP FI/CO in Data Migration and Functional Supports
• 4-6 years experience in SAP implementation projects / Consulting will be an added advantage
• Ability to detect, surface and resolve conflicts and creation of a positive climate for nurturing team spirit; teamwork.
• Minimum 2 years required for cross border service delivery
