Job summary

DSV Contract Logistics Sdn. Bhd. seeks a frontline SAP support specialist to resolve operation-wide SAP and system issues, provide expertise to 3PL, and ensure service levels per SOPs. You will document problem statements for escalation, coordinate with Intel IT, and validate downtime.

The role includes BCP representation, routine data analysis, incident reporting, and participation in system testing and improvement activities across the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Professional Certificate or Diploma holder in relevant disciplines.
• Knowledge of warehouse management system and SAP would be an advantage.
• Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend, troubleshoot and determine the problem statement for each issue escalated from operation, and coach and provide expertise for 3PL to remedy immediate operational issues.
• Solve L1 related SAP and system issues as defined with Intel IT.
• Provide clear and precise problem statements to the L2 escalation point and drive timely solutions for operational related system issues through ticketing methods.
• Combine effort with content experts to experiment and be a point of contact in the operation for problem solving.
• Act as key contact and system validator for all system downtime.
• Support quality issue investigation through system data analysis and table out root causes.
• Act as BCP representative for system related issues, responsible for consolidating and raising L1 BCP notifications for internal management.
• Conduct BCP plans for business continuity and attend all BCP meetings during crisis to execute the process.
• Plan, conduct and review BCP drill activity per CPLG requirement and manage 3PL BCP readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities, good working condition of equipment including Intel IT systems and the entire warehouse premises.
• Support all new and upgraded system testing before implementation and close loop on improvement opportunities and gaps.
• Provide operational reports on a scheduled frequency as agreed and deliver them via email or internal meeting.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers including critical success indicators through shift reports, weekly and monthly assessments.
