Responsibilities

Provide first-level SAP support by responding to incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot basic SAP issues related to transactions, master data, and reporting.
Monitor daily SAP operations for availability and performance.
Assist users with SAP navigation and standard functionalities.
Prepare and maintain user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Communicate with stakeholders on issue status and resolution progress.
Manage SAP user access based on approved requests.
Coordinate with SAP consultants on system-related matters.
