Job summary

SLB is seeking a planning support specialist to assist the Planning Department with daily routine tasks and process improvements related to planning. You will handle delivery notes, sales orders, and SAP-driven processes to ensure accurate and timely data.

The role involves coordinating with project managers, monitoring NCRs, and providing ad-hoc reporting to support group KPIs. A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in SAP.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in any related field; degree preferred.
• Experience in planning or logistics is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Note creation with header text; daily and monthly closing are crucial for logistics and plant processing.
• Sales Order creation for Aftermarket and Services SO / CCSTO.
• Sales views extension and set-up to MTO; Interco/SUB-Con/RTV.
• Control on the PR Automation process; firm Auto PR in SAP.
