Job summary

DSV Contract Logistics Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist - Customer Service to support daily and weekly inventory reporting for customers, and ensure timely information flow to warehouse operations.

The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers and vendors, updating the WMS, addressing discrepancies, and preparing shipments and RMAs in line with requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with logistics/warehousing experience.
• SPM with 5+ years in logistics/warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports for customers.
• Disseminate updates from customers, suppliers and vendors to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
• Email and follow up calls to update parties on hub operation developments.
• Coordinate with customers on urgent/exception pulls with operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Review audit trail reports for inventory discrepancies.
• Perform system updates in WMS and label ON HOLD parts correctly.
• Notify customers, suppliers and vendors of shipment discrepancies via email and follow-up calls.
• Respond promptly to customer emails.
• Coordinate rework/screening activities per supplier/customer requirements.
• Prepare RMA shipments per supplier/customer requirements.
