Job summary

cbs APAC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an SAP Support Consultant for Logistics Sales & Distribution to join our team. You will address SAP SD incidents, manage change requests, and support end-users across regional business units.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on SAP SD experience, familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, and good English communication skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and strive to meet SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SAP SD experience with strong SD process knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project experience is a strong advantage.
• ABAP knowledge or debugging ability is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA commitments.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
• Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for Sales & Distribution processes.
• Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP Sales & Distribution based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
• Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.
