Job summary

INITIA GROUP, INC. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to oversee the daily operations of the customer service team in our salon-focused operations across Singapore & Malaysia, ensuring exceptional service delivery and leading by example.

Must have proven customer service experience, a professional appearance, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm with difficult customers. Experience in the beauty line is a plus, and computer literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven working experience in customer service.
• Professional looking and well-groomed that best fits our salon image.
• Good and precise communication skills.
• Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
• Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous.
• Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers.
• Comfortable using computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Attending and communicating promptly to customer’s needs and queries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns.
• Knowing products inside and out to answer product queries.
• Communicating and coordinating with the team and management.
