INITIA GROUP, INC. is seeking a Customer Service Officer to oversee the daily operations of the customer service team in our salon-focused operations across Singapore & Malaysia, ensuring exceptional service delivery and leading by example.

Must have proven customer service experience, a professional appearance, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm with difficult customers. Experience in the beauty line is a plus, and computer literacy is required.

• Good and precise communication skills.
• Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
• Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous.

Department: Operations Department - Salon
Rate: RM 2500-3500/month and RM 12-16/hour

Overall Job Objectives

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and leading by example.
