1. Training System & Program Development
- Design a tiered training framework covering the entire sales funnel—lead acquisition, showroom reception, test-drive, quotation & negotiation, delivery follow-up—tailored to Malaysia market characteristics;
- Establish a tiered sales advisor certification system (Junior → Senior → Gold) linking training with performance and career progression.
2. Course Development & Localization
- Develop and continuously update training courses: model product analysis, competitive battle cards, objection-handling scripts, test-drive protocols, and F&I/trade-in/insurance upselling techniques;
- Localize HQ training materials into Bahasa Malaysia and English, adapting to local consumer culture and car-buying behavior.
3. Training Delivery & On-site Coaching
- Organize new hire onboarding bootcamps, new model launch sprint trainings, and quarterly sales skills workshops;
- Conduct on-site dealer coaching (ride-alongs, role-play, win/loss reviews) to ensure training drives real closing capability.
4. Effectiveness Tracking & Enablement
- Design post-training assessments (tests, role-play, mystery shopper, 30-day sales tracking) to quantify impact on conversion rates, test-drive ratios, and margin retention;
- Continuously refine training content based on sales data and frontline feedback, targeting specific business pain points.
5. Sales Process Management & Dealer Audit
- Design and continuously optimize the standardized Sales Process SOP (lead-to-delivery) across all dealer stores; use CRM data and customer feedback to refine the customer journey.
- Build a tiered training system for dealer sales staff, including training materials, e-learning modules, and field coaching.
- Develop and execute a dealer audit framework covering facility standards, sales process adherence, and staff competency; conduct scheduled and spot-check inspections.
