Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced Training Specialist to manage service training initiatives across the country. You will liaise with HQ to monitor performance indicators, develop improvement plans based on local market conditions, and drive achievement of targets.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering training plans for service personnel at all levels, organizing dealer training programs, reviewing service order compliance, and supporting the Country HR Department

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in service management or training management.
• Familiarity with service SOPs and workflows.
• Experience in construction machinery industry or dealer training preferred.
• Capable of developing training systems and materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel within the country/region and to Headquarters as required.
• English as working language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Headquarters Service Management Department to monitor performance indicators and drive targets.
• Develop and execute training plans for service personnel within the country/region across levels.
• Review and approve service order compliance and provide targeted training to address issues.
• Organize and manage dealer training programs, monitor progress and effectiveness.
• Assist Country HR Department in coordinating training activities across departments, including training needs analysis and trainer coordination.
