Responsibilities

• Train and coach nationwide dealers’ sales personnel knowledge and skill development to improve service level efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop new training approaches and update learning resources to meet market needs.
• Review activity plans and contribute to section business plan using PDCA to maximize performance.
