Job summary

AICA MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a technical service professional to support the MDF, particleboard and plywood industries from its Seremban site. You will provide technical solutions, assist in quality control, and collect market feedback to guide sales and product development.

Collaborate with the Technical Service Manager, chemists and production teams to address major customer issues, support regional sales activities and participate in product trials at client sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Forestry or Science.
• Good public relations and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for client communication.
• Able to think logically and clearly.

About you

• Degree in Chemistry, Forestry or Science
• Good public relationship
• Communicate well in English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
