Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in accounting/auditing/finance.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report group financial results and perform group-level analysis.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, cash flow management, and treasury activities.
• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning with subsidiaries and business units.

Assistant Accounts Manager/ Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Assist the group financial consolidation and reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely monthly and year-end consolidated financial statements.

Review financial results of subsidiaries and perform group-level financial analysis, including variance analysis and performance review.

Oversee intercompany transactions, balances, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Assist group cash flow management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and monitoring of funding requirements.

Manage treasury activities, including banking relationships, cash position monitoring, fund transfers, and financing arrangements.

Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process and coordinate budget preparation with subsidiaries and business units.

Review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections and provide recommendations to management.

Monitor actual performance against budget and provide budget variance analysis and financial insights.

Oversee payment operations and ensure appropriate cash management and internal controls are in place.

Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other external parties on finance-related matters.

Oversee preparation of financial information and supporting documents for banking facilities, loans, and other financing matters.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions, cash flow management, cost control, and financial performance.

Lead and guide the finance team in day-to-day finance operations and reporting.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

Minimum Degree in Accounting or Professional certificate, ACCA/CPA/LCCI

At least 8 years of experience in accounting/auditing /finance field.

Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/ financial system.

Proactive and resourceful.
