Job summary

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a skilled supply chain coordinator to align demand with production capacity and inventory. You will plan monthly production, coordinate weekly sales and delivery, and assess order feasibility across Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics teams.

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required to communicate with the China HQ and local teams. Experience in a manufacturing setting and strong data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline.
• Experience in sales coordination, order management, production planning, supply planning or logistics coordination.
• Manufacturing environment experience, preferably paper mill or corrugated carton industry.

Responsibilities

• Monthly order and production planning: Consolidate monthly orders and forecasts, prepare production plan and communicate to Production Department.
• Weekly planning: Coordinate weekly sales and delivery plans with monthly plans.
• Order feasibility: Assess product availability, capacity and delivery schedules, including customised orders.
• Inventory control: Monitor inventories and apply FIFO principles.
• Order fulfilment: Coordinate shipments and delivery with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and providers.
• Performance monitoring: Track plan execution, analyse variances and implement corrective actions.
• Stakeholder communication: Confirm order status and delivery times with customers and China HQ.
• Logistics coordination: Select logistics providers based on service and pricing and issue dispatch instructions.
• Continuous improvement: Participate in sales-process reviews and related duties.

Job description

To ensure effective sales planning, coordinated order fulfilment and efficient logistics scheduling by aligning customer demand with production capacity, inventory availability and delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

Monthly order and production planning: Consolidate monthly customer orders and sales forecasts, prepare the monthly production plan for management review and communicate the approved plan to the Production Department for implementation.

Weekly planning: Prepare and coordinate weekly sales and delivery plans in line with the approved monthly production and sales plans.

Order feasibility: Assess order feasibility and confirm product availability, production capacity and delivery schedules, including orders for special-specification and customised products.

Inventory control: Monitor customer orders, customised products and inventory ageing and coordinate the application of the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.

Order fulfilment: Coordinate shipment quantities and delivery arrangements with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and external service providers.

Performance monitoring: Monitor the execution of sales and production plans, analyse variances against actual results and coordinate the necessary corrective adjustments.

Stakeholder communication: Communicate and confirm order status, delivery schedules and expected arrival times with customers, internal stakeholders and the Company's headquarters in China.

Logistics coordination: Select suitable logistics service providers based on service quality, pricing and transportation capacity and prepare the required dispatch or delivery instructions.

Continuous improvement: Participate in sales-process reviews, improvement activities and other related departmental responsibilities as assigned.

Strong capabilities in sales and demand planning, order fulfilment and delivery coordination, production and inventory coordination, logistics planning and carrier management, data analysis with strong attention to detail, effective stakeholder communication and practical problem-solving.

Qualifications and Requirements

Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in sales coordination, order management, production planning, supply planning or logistics coordination. Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within the paper mill or corrugated carton industry, will be an added advantage.

Strong planning, coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely follow-through on commitments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work effectively with sales, inventory, order planning and operational data.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and other supporting departments.

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required, including the ability to understand written Chinese and communicate effectively in spoken Mandarin, as the position requires regular coordination with the Company’s headquarters in China.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is also required to support local and regional business communication.

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated in year 2019 in Malaysia, and started its start-of-the-art paper manufacturing factory construction project in year 2021.

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd will be investing approximately RM 2.3 billion for the project (approximately USD 300 million) with a land size of 80 acres, and the factory is located at Banting Industrial City, Kuala Langat, Selangor.

Jingxing Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is the wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. which was founded in 1984 and was listed in the Stock Exchange of Shenzhen, China since year 2006. Today, Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Joint Stock Co., Ltd. is one of the market leaders in packaging board manufacturing industry in China.

The factory will be an advanced and highly automated factory with an integrated thermal power plant and water treatment plants.

The factory will be manufacturing and distributing a variegated range of quality paper products mainly pulpboard, Kraft-liner and corrugated medium. The project is planned for large scale production capacity of 1.4 million tons per year.
