JStraining MYkerja Sdn Bhd is seeking a corporate training professional to prospect and secure new enterprise accounts while coordinating on-site training and managing HRD Corp grant documentation.

You will prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth delivery by coordinating trainers, venues, participants, and internal teams, along with maintaining supporting documentation and client relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the same industry.
• Knowledge of HRD Corp grant application and claim submission procedures.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop new corporate accounts.
• Secure appointments and present training solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
• Develop repeat and recurring corporate business.
• Provide on-site support during training.
• Coordinate training arrangements: schedules, trainers, venues, participants, and internal teams.
• Prepare HRD Corp documentation for training grant applications and claims.
• Prepare training documents: JD/14 forms, T3 forms, invoices, schedules, materials.
• Assist with HRD Corp e-TRiS processes: data entry, grant submissions.
