Job summary

SESPRO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The role supports the sales team, designs AutoCAD layouts, and coordinates with factory to ensure timely project delivery.

You will prepare BOQ/quotations, assist with PO and invoicing, and communicate technical requirements to the supervisor. Strong English communication and a growth mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Interior/Industrial Design or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience is an advantage.
• Able to work independently under tight timelines.
• Active learning and growth mindset.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing; Mandarin/Cantonese valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and quotations.
• Prepare and design AutoCAD layout plan & technical drawing as client/designer needs.
• Produce drawing for project sites.
• Understand and interpret technical requirement and provide technical information to supervisor.
• Coordinate with sales and factory on projects.
• Place orders by transferring orders to factory and communicating expected delivery date.

• Assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
