Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Iskandar Puteri, Johor is seeking a Support Project Manager to assist RFQ/quoting activities, cost modelling and pricing analysis. You will collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure timely quotations, manage RFQ status, and support new project launches/NPI with FA meetings and shipments.

Strong English, teamwork and project-management skills are essential; experience in customer service or quoting is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, account management or quoting is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, initiative and time/project management skills.
• Good understanding of relevant business/functional processes.
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
• Willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Support RFQ/quoting activities including cost modelling and pricing.
• Provide technical and engineering support, coordinating customer feedback and product improvements.

• Represent the Project Manager in meetings when required.
• Train junior sales support staff and recommend process improvements.
• Support QMS requirements and perform other duties assigned by the HOD.

Conduct cost and pricing analysis to support business and strategic decisions.

Provide technical and engineering support, coordinating customer feedback and product improvements.

Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure timely and accurate quotations.

Manage customer communication, including RFQ status, project awards, win/loss analysis and customer satisfaction.

Support new project launches/NPI, including FA meetings, fit tests and shipments.

Analyse customer orders, shipments and forecasts to provide business insights.

Maintain customer pricelists, quotation records and monthly performance reports.

Represent the Project Manager when required and support internal/customer meetings.

Train junior sales support staff and recommend process and operational improvements.

Support QMS requirements and perform other duties assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements:
