Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Sales Administration professional to process orders, issue invoices, and ensure timely delivery of products or services. You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics/Warehouse, and Purchasing to streamline order fulfillment, prepare sales reports, monitor KPIs, and support international travel as required.

Order & Invoice Management: Process sales orders, issue accurate invoices, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide timely updates on order status.
Data Administration: Maintain and update customer records, contracts, pricing, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and track team performance against sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Sales, Finance, Logistics/Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
Travel Support: Be willing to travel internationally whenever required to support business meetings, customer visits, exhibitions, training, or other company-related assignments.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage.
Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is compulsory to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers, suppliers, and headquarters. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel Requirement: Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally whenever required by the company.
