Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support Executive to manage and support our existing customers and act as the main contact between customers and our service team. Training will be provided for those from non-marine backgrounds.

You will coordinate service schedules, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth service delivery while identifying opportunities to upsell services and products. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Candidates with experience in Sales Support, Account Management, Service Coordination, Administration or related roles are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Attend to customer enquiries and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations and service proposals, and follow up with customers on pending requests.
• Coordinate service schedules between customers and our technical team.
• Keep customers updated on service progress, completion status, and certification requirements.
• Prepare and maintain service-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, service reports, and certificates.
• Monitor service due dates and certification expiry dates, and follow up with customers for renewal opportunities.
• Conduct after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and products to existing customers.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer support.
