Job summary

Our client, The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd, is seeking a capable Operations/Customer Support Specialist to oversee daily customer service activities and set service standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day customer support operations and establish service standards.

Company Overview:

Our client is an agency business for the sale, representative and distribution of chocolate confectionery product and food ingredients.

Job Description:

Responsible of oversee the customer support department’s day-to-day functions as well as establish standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.

To manage end to end operation, logistics and sales support functions.

Perform data entry of transfer of Costing Sheets in SAP for Vendors & Customers.

Perform invoicing to customers for existing and new orders.

Generating and checking of Sales Contract done for customers.

Process Sales Credit/Purchase Orders and follow up on Orders Delivery.

Arrange for delivery for both local and overseas orders and monitoring status of orders.

Logistic - Monitoring Inbound/Outbound shipments and generate reports if necessary

Preferably with Letter of Credit and incoterms knowledge

Manage inventory in company's third-party warehouse for deliveries to local customers.

Handling of customer's inquiries through calls and emails for orders.

Establish rapport and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers

Able to handle customer feedback & complaints

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Food Science and Technology

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in in similar position/industry

Experience in shipping or scheduling of shipments

Good Knowledge in SAP, excel, Microsoft word and PowerPoint

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge in food-technology would be an added advantage
