Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support/Operations Executive to play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating the entire order fulfillment process.

This dynamic role requires communication between internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, with hands-on responsibilities for sample rooms, stock checks, and office supplies, all while maintaining accurate delivery records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Able to handle physical tasks such as stock checking.
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and vendor management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage order processes from placement to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming goods and handle replacements/returns as needed.
• Resolve logistical issues during delivery.
• Oversee samples room and ensure stock of latest products.
• Manage client sample requests for sales presentations.
• Monitor and stock office pantry supplies.
• Coordinate office supply orders with vendors.
• Maintain filing of paperwork related to deliveries, invoices, and replacements.

Requirements:
