Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Support / Order Management professional to help keep sales operations running smoothly and accurately. You will coordinate order processing, track shipments, maintain CRM records, and support the sales team with data-driven reporting.

You will collaborate with Logistics and Finance to ensure timely fulfillment, assist with contract administration, and respond to customer queries with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations or order management; fresh graduates considered.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
• Good numerical accuracy, organisation and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process and track sales orders, contracts and shipment schedules in coordination with Logistics and Finance.
• Maintain sales databases/CRM records, ensuring data accuracy for pricing, customers and forecasts.
• Prepare sales-performance reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis for the sales management team.
• Coordinate with Production Planning on order-fulfilment schedules and stock availability.
• Support sales-contract administration, including renewal tracking and documentation.
• Assist in preparing sales-meeting materials, presentations and customer correspondence.
• Handle customer queries related to order status, pricing or documentation.
