Qualifications

• High school diploma with three to six months of sales experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.

Responsabilités

• Meet specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each call.
• Use scripts and probing to determine customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
• Ensure service delivered meets contractual sales goals and other KPIs.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including notation of accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Answer billing questions by discussing components of customer accounts.
