Job summary

Pastry Pro Sdn. Bhd invites applications for a Sales Product Specialist to drive growth in the Johor region. You will build strong client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and contribute to strategic expansion.

The role welcomes applicants with a Diploma or higher and includes an attractive commission package. Zero experience is welcome, with team support and training provided; bakery industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or above required and preferred.
• Zero experience welcome; training will be provided.
• Bakery industry experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve territory targets in Johor.
• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, HORECA, food service customers, and direct clients.
• Manage debtor aging and follow up on payments.
• Assist in building the HORECA and Food Services customer database.
• Manage price lists, orders, samples and customer follow-ups.
• Understand inventory movement, key customers, market trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Provide a positive attitude and a value-driven experience to customers at all times.

As a Sales Product Specialist, you will be at the forefront of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our organization. This position is critical to our expansion plans and offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned territory sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, HORECA, food service customers and direct clients.
• Manage debtor aging and follow up on payment collection.
• Assist in building the HORECA and Food Services customer database.
• Manage price lists, orders, samples and customer follow-ups.
• Understand inventory movement, key customers, market trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Ensure a positive attitude and offer value experience to customers at all times.

Job Requirement:

• Sales territory will cover the Johor state.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification or above.
• Zero experience is welcome to apply, team support will be provided.
• Working experience in the bakery industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research and analytical skills.
• Proven sales track record and existing customer network will be an advantage.
