Job summary

BOOMWAVE SDN BHD in Selangor, Petaling Jaya is seeking a diligent Sales Admin Assistant to support daily sales operations and document control. You will process dealer and customer orders, input invoices, maintain records, and coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.

Responsibilities

• Process dealer and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Key in invoices, and prepare supporting documents for dealer payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on stock and order matters.
• Support daily sales administration and operational tasks.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of documents.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
