FP Stencil Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a Sales Coordination professional to support enquiries, quotations, orders and customer records. This role requires clear communication and a proactive approach to processing orders with accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure smooth execution and on-time deliveries, while maintaining strong customer relationships and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or related roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
• Coordinate customer orders with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics departments.
• Monitor order progress and follow up on production and delivery schedules.
