Job summary

AirAsia Next, based in Malaysia, is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to drive planning, forecasting, and process optimisation in support of the sales organization. You will partner with marketing, finance and product teams to align targets, campaigns and revenue growth.

The role requires 5–8 years in sales operations or related commercial functions, with strong analytics, CRM proficiency, and stakeholder management to deliver dashboards and leadership-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or commercial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales planning and forecasting, including pipeline management and performance tracking against revenue goals.
• Analyse sales performance, identify trends and gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion and revenue.
• Optimise sales processes and systems with CRM utilisation and data accuracy across all sales activities.
