Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Math. Professional Accounting Qualification is a plus.
• Possesses minimum 8 years of experience in accounting firm or financial services industry.
• Experience in finance of a loyalty program industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and 5-Year Projections planning with key drivers.
• Forecasting weekly/monthly/quarterly with Tribe/LOB leads.
• Prepare periodic financial reports comparing actual vs budget and prior year.
• Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate revenue potential for new initiatives.
• Create dashboards and MIS with data extraction and automation to reduce headcount growth.
• Lead financial simulations and what-if analyses for strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous process improvements in FP&A and reporting.
