Agensi Pekerjaan Career Wise Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to enrich, triage and route inbound leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and to execute first-touch outreach within SLAs. This role emphasizes maintaining CRM data hygiene and meeting high-volume outreach targets.

You will track lead metrics, collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, and provide dedicated lead management support for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with an enterprise CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to meet response-time SLAs and manage high-volume outreach.
• Familiarity with automation tools (VBA, Python) is a bonus.
• 1–3 years in B2B sales development, inside sales, or lead management.
