Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with an enterprise CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to meet response-time SLAs and manage high-volume outreach.
• Familiarity with automation tools (VBA, Python) is a bonus.
• 1–3 years in B2B sales development, inside sales, or lead management.

• Enrich, triage and route inbound leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to a streamlined process.
• Execute and document first-touch outreach within defined SLAs and run structured multi-touch cadences.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and proactively prevent lead auto-rejections.
• Track and report lead volume, SLA compliance, cadence adherence, and conversion.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
• Provide dedicated Lead Management support for assigned accounts.
