Job summary

CRANE WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is hiring a seasoned Sales Support lead based in Johor Bahru. You will optimize sales processes, support onboarding, manage quotations, and drive data quality and cross-functional collaboration to meet regional standards.

The role focuses on leading a sales support team, improving cycle efficiency, and delivering actionable insights from sales metrics to support strategic decisions. Solid communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Sales Support or Sales Operations.
• Understanding of Sales processes and data flow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Experience in managing a team is a plus.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize sales processes and systems to improve customer experience including lead management, offer management and onboarding. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team e.g. ad-hoc quotations.
• Develop and implement efficient sales support processes to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks in the sales cycle and improve customer onboarding experience.
• Ensuring good data quality through regular training of salespeople on correct inputs and timely resolution of sales queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and ensure smooth implementation of various sales process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Global and Regional standards for various Sales Processes, Systems & Tools.
• Track and analyze key sales metrics, preparing reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Lead and manage the sales support team , ensuring effective collaboration, training and performance optimization.
