• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process customer orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules accurately.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management documentation.
• Support the sales team in meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Assist in correspondence with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales activities.
• Monitor stock status, delivery progress, and order fulfilment.
